Nope. Feels like I've grown into myself over the years and for every additional 20# I always am curious how the next 20+ will feel, look, or otherwise notice the changes.
At 300# I still average 5 miles a day and 12k to 15k steps, although it's getting harder to stand up unassisted, I can still hold and pop a squat lol. I garden, go hiking, although climbing a bluff and equivalent of 19+ flights of stairs (fit bit) was slow going and I'll prob hang on the beach by concession stand next time. My gait has slowed to more of a waddle. Prefer to sit more often and find myself leaning as able.
Find myself considering seating options with a more critical eye, have had to switch from booth to table with friends or family, or else angle table kidywompus, if not bolted down. Tight squeeze. Noticed couches I frequent are more worn down and harder to extract myself from.
The last year or so I can feel more pressure on my joints, knees, ankles, and my damn heel. Need to be more diligent and incorporate a stretch routine or some light yoga-ish things helps soreness. My only other complaint would be chafing. All well worth it to be soft and cuddly.
